Curious, are there any natural remedies that can restore thinning hair without having to resort to harmful drugs and expensive surgeries?

Sparky,

Thanks for being watchful and calling out the spammers like you see them. I've removed the promotional link from the very obvious attempt at spam. I'll leave the rest up there for members to comment on.

Best wishes,

Bill Seemiller

Hello THM,
Yes, there are natural ways to rejuvenate hair growth. First and foremost, the hair follicles need nutrients and the hair follicles can get their nutrients from the blood flow. Thus, one way of beating hair loss is to increase the flow of blood to the scalp. This can be achieved by many ways such as scalp massage and yoga.
Another way would be to prevent the cause of hair loss. One cause of hair loss is stress. Thus, you need to lessen the effects of stress on your body by trying relaxation techniques such as meditation, deep breathing and massage therapies.
I hope I have been of help to you.
