hello, I read an article somewhere on the net about reflexology.
Here is the article : "Nails are the reflexes for the hair and scalp. Five minutes buffing of the fingernails of one hand against the other daily may help hair and scalp problems." Could anybody tell if this exercise can work because it's quite hard to believe !!! thanks for replying |

Who wrote the article? I agree...........very difficult to believe. Also, what "hair and scalp problems" is it supposed to help?

I don't know who wrote this article, I found it on a reflexology site ! By coincidence, I found this sort of exercise in a reflexology book !!! So maybe it's true. Is there a doctor to answer this question, please ? Doctors know best. Thanks for replying

I'm Chinese, and for the longest time, I wouldn't pay to get a reflexology session, although I love getting a full body massage. I went in for a foot massage one day, and now I'm hooked. It's really relaxing, whether it really helps you or not. The whole thing behind it is that, it can help the blood circulation throughout the whole body because all the roots for blood lines to different organs, start from the bottom of your feet.
