I do enjoy seeing this thread bumped from time to time given how relevant it is for all of us. I have to admit after all these years and 4 hair transplants later, I still have hair greed. That's because I absolutely loved how thick my hair was in high school and I'd love nothing more than to get it back to the way it was. Of course, I'd need over 22,000 follicular units to achieve such high densities which I simply don't have. But all we can do is restore as much hair as possible and improve our appearance and ultimately, our confidence in ourselves (which is the most important of all).

Hi Julius, No worries. I agree - As long as people take pics in the SAME conditions pre op and post op then great as it shows a fair comparison. Guys tend to take them inside pre op and outside in bright light post op, or up against a window with bright light directly on HT 'd area - especially the guys who heavily scrutinise their results. Key point you mentioned is 18 months post op - This is the time to start assessing the success of the HT and it's at this point you need to consider HT 2 and not before hand(unless working in a completely different area) I recently did an outside "Exposed" topic to show my results in various conditions to help: Exposed topic Regards Spex
