This patient returned to our office for a nine month follow up, very happy with his post op results to date. We expect that he will continue to have more growth over the next 2-3 months. To review, this patient had a previous procedure 9 years ago, 1000 grafts to frontal hairline. During the ensuing 9 years, he experienced further loss along the frontal hairline and frontal forelock and temporal areas, resulting in what he described as a thin, fly away look. Goal was to reinforce hairline and FF density and round bilat temporal recessions, utilizing ultra refined follicular unit transplantation technique. 2207 Grafts were obtained, and the previous scar was excised. Graft distribution as follows; 564 1's; 1301 2's; 342 3's.
