Dr. Bernard Arocha completed a Hair Restoration Surgery fellowship, training with many of the best-known experts in the field. He attributes his excellent natural outcomes for his patients to his sharp artistic eye. Not only has he served on numerous boards of many museums, including the Contemporary Art Museum, the Latin American Subcommittee of the Museum of Fine Arts Houston, and the Core Committee at the Glassell School of Art. He is also a respected painter in his own right. Nowadays, he creates artistic hair masterpieces that are so natural, as to be undetectable as such.

the results look clean; however, it is hard to compare the before and after pics, due to lighting differances in some of the pics and also hair length.

I'll give my thumbs up for an improvement to the overall appearance of these individuals but the photo quality is lacking a bit so it really is hard to say how good the work really really is.

Dr. Arocha,

Welcome to our community.

Unfortunately, I can't really comment since the photo gallery is large and my computer is a little outdated (hopefully purchasing another soon), therefore, this photo gallery is bringing my computer to a hault.

I'd suggest creating smaller photo albums, one per patient, include before, immediately post op, and after pictures in similar lighting and angles so that the results displayed represent reality, etc.

Bill

Wow, you would think Pat would fork over a bit of the dough so you could have a decent computer, considering all the work that you do here.
Come on Pat! Quit being a cheapskate.

Have to agree with the others..........

you need to post pre-op and post-op pics with some progression, the same lighting and setting if possible, and the same hair length and hairstyle..............makes it easier to evaluate the work.

Thanks for everyone's input. I recently met with Dr. Bernard Arocha during the ISHRS meeting in Las Vegas. I was impressed by his experience, credentials and his description of his follicular unit hair transplant procedure.

I invited to present his patient photos on this forum community as an initial step in possibly gaining the approval of the members of this community for his possible recommendation.

I agree that immediate post op photos and better quality photos with graft and session counts are needed. These photos should also be put in separate photo albums with no more than ten photos per album.

I will contact Dr. Arocha and I will also be providing more information about his philosophy and technique. He and his staff currently do follicular unit hair transplantation exclusively in Houston and Dallas with many of the sessions exceeding 3,000 grafts.

I look forward to sharing what I learn with this community.

Best wishes, Pat
