This gentleman, age 49 and a Class IV-V, had one session 2,078 grafts (3,437 hairs). Due to the large thinning area he was asked to take Finasteride 1mg daily and apply 5% Minoxidil lotion to the crown. Pictures were taken one year after.

Dr. Pathomvanich,

This is a very impressive result for only 2078 grafts. From talking to you on the phone, I know that some growth is due to medical treatment. But the transplanted hair in the front is very natural looking and blends perfectly into the back.

Thanks for posting.

Best wishes,

Bill

I have enjoyed the work of Dr. P and think guys are getting some great results.

But this number of grafts, his amount of loss, and the results (which are awesome by the way) just don't seem possible. Am I missing something?? Maybe the notes were wrong on this case in terms of number of grafts or number of sessions.

Not trying to be critical, but personally I had a lot less loss and needed a much larger session (2x the amount this guy had) and could possibly need more to get a result like this one.

Just curious...

No offense but come on, This is just to much coverage and density for only 2000 grafts. This guy must be one of the lukiest guys in the world!
