You can check my hair transplant status at the four month mark from the link below. Not much difference can be seen compared to my first month status. But I can notice many transplanted hairs sprouting up.

3V_2008,

It looks like you may have experienced a little bit of recipient area shock loss since your hair in the before photos, especially on top looks a bit thicker than at 4 months.

However, the good news is, you can see some signs of new growth of the transplanted hair. Any temporary shocked hair will also grow back in time also.

Being patient is the hardest thing to do when all we want is our hair back. But try not to look in mirrors too often and trust the process.

I'm sure you will have a nice improvement when all is said and done.
