I've me Dr. Arturo Sandoval at two different hair transplant conferences. My impression is that he is probally one of the best hair transplant surgeons in Mexico. He seems to be doing state of the art work and seems very involved in learning and contributing at the major hair tranpslant conferences.
I have not seen enough of his actual work first hand at this point however to recommend his work on this site. But I suspect he is well worth consulting with if you are in Mexico.
