This patient came from Italy two years ago to seek repair work from Dr. Hasson. 3360 grafts were strategically placed in the front 1/2 to camouflage the previous work he had received.

=EDIT= Video link of patient added here...

Joe,

The repair work looks terrific!

Do you have an after photo that you can post with the hair being combed back for comparison? Alternatively do you have a before picture of the hairline without the comb?

Thanks,

Bill

Bill,

I just logged into the office network and searched for photos as you requested. Unfortunately I could not find them but I did find the one I just added that in my opinion puts the recipient area into a better perspective than the original overhead comparative.

Mrjb,

I'm not sure what kind of coverage you would expect from this procedure as coverage was not the intent but rather camouflage of the front 1/2 of his scalp was. We did not address the thinner areas behind the recipient area as the placement created a natural progression of higher density in the front to progressively lower density into the back 1/2 where the density levels out.

Joe,

I'm glad you posted the additional before picture. I think it shows even more badly this patient was desperately in need of repair work.

Thanks for posting!

Joe,

This is some awesome stuff. I would have to imagine that this would be considered a more challenging case (although I'm sure you get much worse) due to the increase in contrast with his very dark hair.

I appreciate you showing a different type of case from H&W. Demonstrates how versatile their skills truly are and what a diffence they can make for an individuals life.

**UPDATE**

I just added the video link of this patient. Note that once the video loads you can opt for full screen mode by clicking the square in the bottom right hand corner of the video screen. It scales quite well.

3360 Grafts, Repair, Dr. Hasson, the video

NN,

Thanks for the compliments. It is important for clinics to show all the results they can which reflect as much of a diverse patient base as possible.

Joe-

Can you add a few patients to the photo album that have had temporal work done along with the top?

I have seen your pics and they are incredible and would like to see more from your H&W.

Thanks.
Eman
