T-Closure does not work in all patients. A really good healed scar depends mainly on laxity (in my experience). I have had 4 scar reductions, on 2 different scars, in several spots. Last scar was this t-Reduction. I stll have a 1/4 inch scar. I stretched after each and every reduction. There is really no cosemetic difference. If I had more laxity it would have worked. I am going to try tattooing next.

Brilliant!!! Tricho performed by a competent, experienced surgeon is an incredible advancement! I still can't find my scar.
