39 year old man recieved 1555 grafts: 400 grafts in the hairline, 400 grafts in the front of the head, 755 grafts in the crown (whirl).

Advanced Hair,

As we discussed on the phone, because this guy already had a lot of hair before surgery, such a small number of grafts doesn't make a big cosmetic difference. In the after pictures however, the hair in the vertex appears thicker.

I also suggest adding before/after photos of the crown so we can see the result here.

I honestly don't know if I can accurately discern a difference -- maybe a small one like PGP said in the vertex.
