Hello everyone,
As promised, I have received and posted a number of additional after photos of this patient. Dr. Keller did not have any additional preoperative photos, but I think you can tell by the first black and white photo and the rear after picture, that he was basically bald on top at a level 6 on the norwood scale. New pictures include several side angle pictures and one from the rear. I have requested a top down picture for this patient also. Dr. Keller said he will send it if he has one. Though a top down would be nice, in my opinion, these photos show a much more accurate picture of the result. Your feedback is welcome. Bill

i think the patient looks better and is obviously very happy, but it looks like he has to do the "comb over" effect to make it look thick and the crown looks pretty awfull

Still not the best photos, but clearly the work looks pretty good and there is a heck of a transformation for 4600 FU. It looks like the patient is quite content and that is primary goal.
