Hello I am almost at my 7 month mark,a few more weeks and I will be there..
This is my second HT. and it was a small HT added 1065 graphs to the front and corners..My question to all is--are all the hairs basically sprouted,or are there still some that will come through?
I do some density in the corners especially on the right side front which was more receeded than the left...Is it true that you should give a hairtransplant a good year to really notice the change? I know after my first I did experience this but I guess I feel by now it should be a little more denser since this is my second procedure..Both my HT's were at Bosley..I know I know but I really did not do my research..But I must tell you my new hair does look completely natural..Any answers to this will be greatly appreciated...

patience is always the hardest part. some grow faster than others and start seeing growth at the three month mark, while others start seeing some growth at the six or seven month mark. You will really start seeing maturity of the transplanted hair from one year to eighteen months.

You have a solid five to eleven months to see the maturity of the hair you are looking at in the mirror everyday!!

ninjathen,

Though many hair transplant patients experience a good amount of growth at 7 months, the final result is still a few months away.

Typically, the majority of the hair has already come through the scalp at 7 months, but much of it is still thin, fine, and colorless. With each passing month, these thinner hairs thicken and mature, and add to the appearance of density and coverage.

As Eman said, give it several months before giving it a final evaluation.

Best wishes,

Bill
