Thanks guys. We don't have any immediate post-op pics as it hasn't really been standard practice to do this but lately we have been taking more shots straight out of surgery so newer results will have some included.

NG2GB, we don't keep any hair putty on hand to style but I wish patients didn't come in with putty or gel because it makes the hair look a bit thinner but at the same time the benefit is seeing how you'd see them anywhere so that is a good thing for sure.

This is a great result. The majority of what you see result-wise from HT's is the change from the front, you know "framing the face", which is ultra important.

Unfortunately, those of us who needed crownwork know that it takes lots of grafts and a skilled surgeon to cover the crown. I'd say of all the crownwork I've seen this is one of the best if not the best. The way his hair is combed, which incidentally is how i'm styling mine now, exposes the crown the most it can be. The fact that he can pull it off with a non-thinning look is pretty friggin' awesome. I'll bet he's thrilled!!
