Congratulations. You look like 20 years younger and completely a different person. I wonder people who haven't seen you for a while recognize you or not?

It appears to be a good result, however if you are going to take before pictures with flash you should do the same for the after. You can be perceived as deceiving with dark after pics.

I started this patient about ten years ago and at that time did smaller sessions.....also pt had some smaller sessions in the last 18 months as a touch up...If started today probably would do 2 sessions of 2500 to 2800 FU each..TR

Dr. Rosanelli,

Thanks for the explanation. This is exactly what I was thinking - that today, this could have been done in two sessions.

Results look terrific though.

If you have any additional close-up photos of the result including the top of the head, this would be helpful.

Best wishes,

Bill

I'm with Spex - do you have any close-up photos that show the hairline and true density.

How anyone can truly judge the end results via a studio shot is surprising to me.

Some recent close up photos have been posted up on the web. This patient had his hair transplant done many years ago. So therefore, all we have are photo prints and not digital prints. Also, keep in mind that the photo quality may not be as clear compared to today's standards in cameras.
