Patient concerned about frontal and temporal hairline. He was schedule for 2000 grafts we did 520 ones 1350 twos and 420 threes. I took a strip of 1.2 cm wide /18cm length and used trichophytic closure technique.

Hello all, this is my first comment on this forum. I want to thank everyone for their posts and advice on here. Ultimately, I ended up choosing Dr. Meshkin and one week post-op am extremely happy with the results. The surgery was very smooth and everything was very professional as well. I will post up pictures as it grows out.
