Thank you hairbank and joe for your responses.

Joe, please keep posting patients results as I believe we all enjoy seeing the great results at H&W. Every time you post new patients here (I eagerly check regularly) it gives more confidence to people like me.

I believe the average maximum harvest is around 3500 grafts.
That's so similar to my second HT just last week, HB. I got 3537. Dr. Hasson said I had good donor hair but only average laxity. And, as in your case, my strip included the old scar, so I ended up with just shy of your number!

He had to receive way more than 40 to 50 per cm/2. It looks like he covered a relatively small area of about 80 square cm's with 6000 grafts. That'll be about 75 grafts per cm/2. Even if the area covered was 90 square cm's, that's still 66 per cm/2. Let's just call it an even 70. Now that's not an illusion of density. It's real density! Amazing!

Michaellovesnyc,

This just shows that we do not discriminate against anyone. African Americans, Latinos, Asians, Facial Morphing Aliens, etc.

John_in_NC and Gorpy,

Yeah, the density is high throughout the entire recipient area. 65 to 70 is about right.
