This man has significant frontal hairloss and I advised him of proceeding with a 2500-3000 graft case. He insisted on an at least a 2 and probably 3 stage process for a variety of reasons, and as he had thought about the pros and cons, is a smart gentleman, and was absolutely positive he wanted to proceed in this manner, I agreed.

We placed 1250 singles in a dense pack along the frontal hairline using a 0.7mm custom made blade. He went to the beach for a week after the procedure and returned with a pretty clean surgical site which should give him camouflage of the thinning and sparse frontal tuft.

I'll post updates as he grows in and as we move forward with the next stage next year.

Very nice work. Sometimes a relatively small procedure can make a big difference. This is one of the them.
