This is a 45 year patient who had two sessions of plug work a few years ago
as well as a scalp reduction. needless to say he was not too happy with the outcome of those surgeries. We treated him with 2309 grafts in Feb 2007 to soften the hairline and fill in the alleys He is scheduled for further work to fill in the areas towards the crown in Jan 2008.

So much better. Why the low number of grafts? Is that all the donor would allow due to past work?

Definitely much improved. Ofcourse donor is always key but I believe that the patient should add more to frontal core and then with what is left over address the crown or he might always have that whispy look. Just my opinion.
