27 year old male with diffuse thinning in a NW5/6 pattern.
Patient elected to have Dr. Arocha restore his hairline and increase the density in the frontal and mid-scalp areas. He had a 3026 ultra refined follicular unit transplant.

one session total 3026 FU:

one hair FU 454
two hair FU 1361
three hair FU 907
four hair FU 211
five hair FU 93

Dr. Arocha,

This is a great example of hose diffuse thinners can be excellent candidates for hair transplantation.

Clearly there is a huge improvement.

If possible however, I encourage you to post pictures in similar angles and lighting in order to convey an accurate representation of the result. I recognize that a patient will choose how short or long to wear his/her hair - but a grown out head of hair will typically look more dense than a buzz cut (in the before picture) due to the layering effect.

Immediately postoperative photos are also always helpful.
