44 year old male who received 2146 grafts

not convinced im afraid.his hair colouring/characteristics are helping his cause but doesnt look like nearly enough grafts.
also pictures are of poor quality...c,mon you know whats expected on this fine forum.

Blury pics!! Coverage is good but densiity is not good

Actually what's funny is Debbie from Dr. William's office is still in the middle of uploading photos and adding a detailed description of this case. What's amazing (but not surprising) is just how active this forum is that comments are often posted before a clinic is finished.

I encourage you to go back and take a look at the immediately postoperative photo.

The before hairline picture is a bit deceiving as to the extent of this patients hair loss, but as you can see, 2100 grafts was placed over a pretty large area according to the immediately postoperative picture. Therefore, the results are what I'd expect them to be for only 2100 grafts.

After talking with Debbie, this patient's goal was providing coverage over the balding areas and wasn't as concerned about density. The patient is ecstatic with his results and has plenty of donor hair if he decides he wants more surgery.

I did go over with Debbie some tips on photo taking so I'm sure with time, picture quality will improve.

In my opinion, for the number of grafts placed in a larger area, this is a quality result.

Personally speaking, if this was me, I'd want more hair density, but it took me 3 surgeries to get me to where I am and I'm probably in line for a 4th in the next 6 months.

like the others pointed out the coverage isn't great but it does provide a huge cosmetic difference. For 2100 grafts this is a nice result.
