Thank you for posting these.

This patient appears to have very course hair which I think is working for him in terms of hair density but against him a little creating a "harder" hairline.

In my opinion, this is an alll around very nice improvement.

Considering how bald the patient was, he looks good but from just a pure cosmetic look, it just screams HT to me, sorry for being harsh.
