Dr. Feriduni,
It's great to have you on board posting patient photos on our hair restoration forum. I trust that our members and guests will be very impressed with your dedication to performing state of the art hair transplantatino. This patient truly had made a tremendous transformation thanks to your first-rate skills and ultra refined work. I personally am intrigued by your artistic touch combining sagitals for the hairline with coronals for the larger grafts. It seems like it worked wonders for this patient. I look forward to seeing more of your work and your ongoing involvement on our forum. Best wishes, Bill

Thanks Bill for those nice complements on my work on this patient!
The patient is really thrilled with the result and does not need any complementary hair products to make his hair look great. He just washes it and it looks spectacular! The patient is planning a second treatment in the near future to fill in and thicken the midhead region. I would like to mention that I think it is important to have the hair length of the patient more or less the same when taking before and after pictures. This makes it possible to perceive the true transformation. I will post a second case - a large FUE session - within the next 1 or 2 days, hopefully I will manage to do so before my departure to Montreal on Sunday. Dr. Feriduni

Dr. Feriduni,
Taking quality and accurate photos is extremely important for prospective patients to fully appreciate the reality of the result. As you rightfully pointed out, similar hair length in the before/after pictures has a lot to do with accurately presenting the result. It also can contribute or take away from the illusion of hair density due to the "feathering" effect. I look forward to seeing your larger FUE case when you have a chance to post it. I look forward to your ongoing participation and I'm sure our members and guests do too. See you in Montreal in less than a week. Can you believe it's already here? Best wishes, Bill

tofueornotfue,
soory but this man lives far away, he was just coming for the "endcontrol". In general i let my patient come back the first day postop, 10-14 days, 4 month, 8 month and 12 month, but not all of them follows those controls. To FUE or not to FUE is a very interesting question. Dr. Bijan Feriduni
