Bill,
Thank you. Well articulated and right on target.
This patient sent me these photos unsolicited so you've got what I've got in terms of his results. He lives in another state so I'm not likely to get him in front of my camera lens anytime soon. I will email him and ask if he would comb his hair back WITHOUT wetting it and send it to me.

HL1,
Thank you as well. You echo my views about accounting for potential future loss. Short term thinking has been the hob-goblin of this field for years, and continues to be. Thanks again.

Strat,
I appreciate the feedback. Your right, I didn't emphasize that the first photo series is with the hair wet down. I will amend that in the body of the original write up. Thank you for participating and giving me the valuable feedback and the kudos. Your opinoin means more to me than you know.

Curious,
Thanks for the kind words. I really appreciate it.

Everyone,
Enjoy the remainder of the weekend. It's actually beautiful here on Long Island this Sunday afternoon and first hints of summer are revealing themselves.

I dont agree w/ stratman. I think it looks great. If anything it looks as though maybe the flash is distorting the overall picture.

Priceless! Funny how some pictures get graded by a different standard sometimes - I suppose if you set the bar high its sometimes hard to maintain it with absolutley every pic (even when posted by the patient themselves) The result is dramatic and only 10 months
, end of really

Jeez Doc, do you EVER FAIL? LOL

I don't really see the spacing as others, I think its an incredible transformation. I'm sure the guy is too busy right night with battling ladies with his MOP

The results are great. Period. If this is the result of only 1 surgery, the guy must be elated. NO ONE would ever detect surgery from these results (at a mere 10 months) and now, he has a full head of hair. The hair line looks full, but most important, it looks natural. How anyone could find any way to criticize these results is beyond my ken.

"Criticize" is a little harsh. It was just an observation on my part, however, I will try to say what everyone wants to hear in the future. It is difficult to compare a before picture sporting a buzz cut to an after picture showing the hair grown out. 'Nuff said!

Stratman, hey we are all entitled to our opinion - thats what the forums are all about mate You make a good point about the short pre op against long post op - but this is very often the case.

The patient's transformation is very obvious and quite evident that he can now grow his hair out as long as he wishes - Before he clearly kept it tight to help disguise his clear weak front. Nuff said
