Irish homer had already had a procedure performed elsewhere and wanted to thicken things up a bit.
After some conversation we decided that the best thing to do was to fill inbetween the prior grafts and lower the hairline. We were able to extract 2,500+ grafts while at the same time removing his old scar. This is so he would have only one scar instead of two. We used dense pack, lateral slit, and trichophylic closure.

I saw your other post but this one gives a better prospective of what you can look forward to with the pre-op pics. Looks like you'll have plenty of added density after it fills in. I'll be anxious to see how things turn out..............I'm becoming more and more of a Dr. Feller fan as time goes on. Looks great!
