This patient in her mid-30's had over-plucked her eyebrows over the years and came for surgical restoration of her eyebrows. She came for two full sessions of grafting, with approximately 150 being placed in each eyebrow at each session. I don't like to go much beyond that, as I think the vascular damage can be excessive and you can hit the tracts of the tunnels previously made or transect the follicle shafts of the existing hair follicles the woman has in her eyebrows.
