I know what you mean. Remember, this patients hairloss distribution is about as favorable as you get in terms of hairloss. Very thick everywhere on top except right in front/hairline. Throw in the fact that his hair forms a natural wide curl and he is over 40 years old and you the ultimate HT candidate.

DR. Feller I apoligize if I sounded accusatory and being too harsh. I was more or less trying to get you to respond because this case in particular intrested me because his hair is pretty much the exact same as mine in terms of texture(curly and think) and i never really see any transplant with that kind of texture, amazing job looks absolutely natural.

I am also surprised to see that a small area like that required more than 3000 grafts.
I saw some cases on this same web site where a much bigger area have been covered with that amount of grafts.

wow, jupiter did a 180 there....nice work dr.feller. btw, ki think some immediate post op pics would have settled the graft amount questions too.
