This man desired a frontal hairline appropriate to his age, yet reflective of his zest for life. We discussed options and he chose to proceed with a 2000 graft case with dense-packing of the hairline using all singles, followed by single and double follicular units to fill in and give him a nice hairline. We were able to place 2154 grafts, and as per usual, we don't charge extra for a reasonable overage of grafts. Note the non-straight line hairline, the coverage of his sutures with his own hair immediately after harvest, and the patient having lunch with the staff.
