Thanks for all the great feedback! We wanted to let people know about the Operation Restore project of the ISHRS and also to present a patient that is a little different than the typical man getting hair transplants for male pattern baldness. It is amazing how restoring someone's hair can restore their self esteem and change their life for the better.

Hair transplant surgery not only helps hair loss sufferers restore their hair, but in many cases, their self confidence. This was true for me as a 3 time hair transplant patient, and it's certainly true for this woman as indicated by the big smile on her face. Nothing satisfies me more as the Associate Publisher of this community than to see others have faith in how they look and in themselves again.

I guess a little follicle can go a long way :-).
