On October 8th some of the true masters of Ultra Refined Follicular Unit Hair Transplantation came together at the Shapiro Medical Group clinic in Minnesota to exchange ideas and techniques. During the live surgery, performed by Dr. Ron Shapiro.

Below are some photos from this Live Surgery Workshop. To read a full account of this meeting visit the "Report" topic at Report on the Coalition - Ultra Refined Live Surgical Workshop

The next Coalition Weekend Live Surgery Workshop will be hosted by Dr. Glenn Charles in Boca Raton during early February.

Photos such as this one:

really drive home the point that these physicians truly care about doing what is best for the patient. When great physicians collaborate, learn from one another, and share the latest innovative techniques with one another, the patient is the one that wins.

I just went through a very smilar experience. Dense packing in the midst of native hair is fine with a highly skilled surgeon who will avoid transection. You might get temporary shock loss but nothing permanent.
