I originally posted some immediate post-op photos on this man in January of this year. He came in the other day for follow-up and I thought I would post these up. He tells me that almost all of the transplanted hair fell out within the first month and he has had two distinct spurts of growth over the last 5 months. He will still thicken over the next 6 months, but he is already very happy. He is not afraid to tell anyone he has had a transplant, and he tells me that everyone is impressed and amazed. He also jokingly told me his sister confided in him a few weeks ago when he was visiting her in the UK and she said, "I can tell you now...that you didn't look very good as a bald man."
