Wouldn't it be great if we could make the hair grow quicker or even know beforehand that it will grow quicker?
In my experience, early growth is unpredictable and follows no patterns that I can see. I have seen patients with very thick hair grow slowly, and fine hair grow quickly; and visa-versa. There is much more to the physiology of graft recovery than can meet the eye. I have noticed this, however, people who are very physically fit SEEM to grow faster in my opinion. Those who use anabolic steroids tend to grow slower, or virtually not at all.

Max,
I'm not quite sure it's a matter of bloodflow. My guess is the answer is more complex than that, but no one really knows. Once again, Dr. Gabel, this is a nice case and demonstrates your consitency of results, a key component of a top notch HT doctor in my opinion.
