Dr. Alexander,
I have admired your work for quite some time now. Am I seeing right when I ask if this patient has had previous transplant work? The temple area photo looked like some poor previous work. Is is much of problem covering areas such as these? Hopefully one day I can make it to your office for a consult.

Yes, this pt. has had previous work done. When trying to cover poor previous work, I surround the area with dense packing with quality transplants.
