This patient had a great head of hair except for the front where it looked like he had an off-center mohawk.
To correct this we packed in 1,000 FUE in one sitting (using the Feller 3 step FUE method and .8mm patented Feller Punch). All grafts were placed using lateral slit and dense pack. Before and After photos were placed in an alternating fashion so all you have to do is click on the left most photo and let the slide show present his before to after transformation at every angle. Dr. Feller,
what a tremendous result and a fantastic candidate for FUE! The patient must be thrilled. Without taking away from this thread, I would like to ask your opinion Dr. F, as I am *somewhat* similar to this patient. Would you recommend a similar course of action for someone who has both the same forelock pattern AND is a diffuse thinner? Or would you recommend a more aggressive approach, as in transplanting within the thinning native hair as well? This photo album makes me realize how beneficial a FUE procedure could be for myself if my main goal was to merely round out my hair line (for a first procedure) and take full advantage of the less invasive FUE procedure. I would greatly appreciate your opinion, as I worship the very ground that you walk on... |

This patient is not on any hair loss medication and does not seem to be suffering from progressive hairloss. That's probably why he is so thick every where else. If you have to lose your hair, his way is the way to do it. To bad we can't chose how we lose our hair.
For now it just looks like his hairloss was limited to the corners of the hairline-much more on his right than his left

Great video Dr Feller
His hairstyle is similar to the lead singer from A`HA so the music is very appropriate. No sign of any hair being removed from his lovely thick donor area as well. |
