I am very meticulous to be sure to make my hair angles in exact match to the patient's growing hair. When I am doing the frontal tuft area I will put transplanted hairs alongside an existing hair if it looks weak at all. If it is an extremely strong hair I usually don't transplant next to it, and if I have any inclination that the hair in the front is going to be falling out in the near future I will transplant throughout the existing hair area.

One of the great things about the small custom-cut blades is that they are small enough that we can easily go row-by-row in between existing hair follicles without damaging them at all. This is another reason why hair angles are so important so they aren't injured.

I also insist on creating the most natural frontal hairline possible by only placing one-hair grafts in the front.

Thank you for all the nice feedback, I value all of the opinions on the forum.

Doc,

That is a very, very natural looking hairline...........I commented on it already but it bears mentioning again. I really like the design, and the nice fade from the 1's back to the dense packed area.

This guy must be thrilled!
