The patient depicted in the photos came to Dr. Rose for a 2,186-graft hair transplant session. The focus was on rebuilding the hairline and generally treating the front and top of the scalp.

Nice work..the rebuilt hairline really frames the guys face. With only 2186 grafts it would be hard to achieve more density. It makes a huge difference in his appearance though.
