36 yo with advance crown hair loss and thinning in the hairline and frontal area. Dr. Arocha's plan was to attack the crown and work between the existing hair in the hairline. Patient had medium caliber hair, good density, and good scalp elasticity.

While this patient has seen a real improvement from his surgey, I hope he is on propecia. Is this patient taking Propecia? And if so, had been before his surgery?

Pat,
We recommend that all our patients go on propecia if they are not already on it. This patient was on propecia. it was recommended that he stay on it.

I think the before/after top down picture shows the reality of this result the best. Do you have any immediately postoperative pictures from the top/down that we can see? I'm glad to hear that this patient is on Propecia to combat against future hair loss. Bill
