This 40 year old male is type 3-4 but has diffuse thinning in his existing hair on the top and crown and can easily become a type 6. I did not bring down the frontal hairline, but filled in the temporal recession (triangle) and went back to the top of his crown.
This is his 6 month resutls

1 Hair FU 629
2 Hair FU 1418
3 Hair FU 633
4 Hair FU 125
Total FU 2868

Dr. Paul,

It's nice to see you participating and presenting recent impressive hair transplant cases.

Nicely done!

Bill

yeah thats pretty much my balding pattern i think, this is agreat result if his hairloss is pretty much done, either way i would assume another surgery like this and it wouldnt matter how his hairloss was.

Gosh, I hope for similar results just three short months from now. He's very similar to me in balding, except my crown is thinner.

The patients hair is damp so one can CLEARLY see the balding pattern.

Because we do not shave every patient, it can be difficult to see where and why Dr. Paul chose particular graft placement and approach.

This patient has achieved a nice result using a minimum of naturally occuring grafts.

I do however, agree that a dry before photo would be optimal, but the fact that one is not present does not take away from the patients solid growth and density gains.

I do not know if we have a dry before photo, but perhaps a simple request for one would serve a better purpose.

BTW, EXCELLENT result Dr. Paul, thanks for sharing.

Take Care,
Jason

Picture 1 and 3 look dry . There is a clear difference especially for month 6.
A dry top shot would have put a zip on any negative posts ,but the LAST thing clinics are thinking are taking a bunch of PERFECT picture for us posters
They take pics for the patient and the clinic to see the progress They are more worried about the patient and the surgery itself and thats the way it should be.
