You will get varying answers on this. Some will compare a micrograft to a minigraft which is are bundles of follicular unit grafts containing approximately 5-8 hairs. Some will say that a micrograft is any graft that is cut under a microscope. Therefore a follicular unit micrograft is a follicular unit graft cut under a microscope which is state of the art. Of course, a mini/micrograft would simply be a minigraft being created under a microscope. Though use of the microscope here is appropriate, minigrafting is outdated. I think when reading posts or information, it is important to understand the context of the article so you can understand how it is being used. Best wishes, Bill
