45 year old Caucasian male with a NW 4-5 thinning pattern, wanted to restore the density to his frontal and mid-scalp areas.

Nice work! I think the top down before/after picture shows the result best.

Do you have any immediately postoperative photos so we can see how the grafts were strategically placed?

Thanks Bill,

This gentleman had a diffuse pattern of thinning. He desired to increase the thickness of his thinning hair. I worked in between the native hair with my surgical loupes, he experienced no post surgical shock loss. We never shave the patient's hair, unless they prefer it,as to minimize difficulty reintegrating into their professional careers and activities of daily living without being detected. We did not take post procedure photos because he had enough native hair to make it difficult to view the transplanted area clearly.

This is a very impressive hair transplant. I have been looking for a skilled doctor in the Houston area. All I have heard is positive feed back regarding this Dr, Arocha. I will setup my first consolataion tomorrow. I will keep all you updated with my experiences.
