This patient had surgery in the UK and received minigrafts on his hairline that looked stalky and unnatural. We performed his first procedure 18 months ago and his second procedure just 7 months ago. Here are his latest photos taken outdoors in natural sunlight

Dr. Feller,
BadhairUK is much improved and I've seen some of his results at 16 months post op. Did you remove/punch out some of the bigger minigrafts at the hairline? I know some of bigger grafts can get to be a nusance with them growing in all directions. I know Badhair is extremely happy with the transformation. Nicely done.

Dr. Feller,
He looks terrific and I have to say, I'm jealous of his density! I notcie you also presented a photo of his crown. Did he actually get any transplant work there? Thanks, Bill

Thank you Janna,
Yes, I used some FUE techniques to either completely remove or reduce the number of minigrafts in the hairline. I try not to remove ALL minigrafts (even plugs sometimes) as they are hairs after all and new grafts may not grow as well in the scars left behind. So I find it best to blend them in when possible. Close dense packing has allowed for this and that's how I approached Badhair UK. Thanks Ben, I'll see if I can get a customized license plate:"Plugslayer". I like that, although it seems a bit "Dungeons and Dragons" (not that there's anything wrong with that!). Thana, Thanks. We actually didn't pack his hairline as we did yours because his aim was to comb the hair forward in the Ceaser style. Apparently all the rage in the UK as quite a number of British patients request the transplant to be performed in such a way as to maximize this style. Bill, Thank you. No need to be jealous though, your HT repair from Dr. H is amazing. We did NOT work in his crown. I think he put up those photos to show how the density of the transplants blends nicely with his crown density. I just made a photo album in this section that has the photos and details of his plan and procedures with us. Thank you all, Dr. Feller

Thanks PGP, I really appreciate that.
Rarely have I seen poor hair transplant affect someone so negatively and a good transplant affect the same person so positively. BadhairUKs attitude is completely turned around and upbeat. He used to literally hide his hair under a hat and shy away from social situaitons, now he goes out of his way to show his hair in public.
