Thanks for adding these photos for Dr. Williams. I think they show just why he is one of a very small group physicians granted membership in the Coalition. Dr. Williams is a very big advocate of doing all lateral slit grafting using very tiny custom cut blades and does so exclusively.

He feels that such tiny and carefully oriented incisions with very refined microscopically prepared grafts enable him to place the grafts very closely so that patients can obtain good density and growth in only one session. He also believes that the recipient area heals more rapidly due to these smaller and more superficial incisions.

This more refined level of follicular unit grafting is now required for membership in the Coalition. I think the benefits are very apparent and significant for the patient.

We will be working to add more examples of immediate post op results from other Coalition physicians. We believe that photos taken immediately after surgery really best illustrate how refined and minimally invasive a surgery is or is not.

We are in the process of adding numerous photos of Dr. Williams patients to his profile on the Hair Loss Learning Center and the Hair Transplant Network.
