So dont leave it on overnight? infact how long do you leave it on for and how many times per day do you put it on?

No - just wash it off daily - Night time is the best actually for obvious reasons. One guy i knew applied Aloe vrea gel and then sat with a shower cap on his head and he swore that it helped as the heat created helped absord the Aloe in to the scalp..
Wash it off in the morning as allowing the head to breathe is important too - Mother nature needs to do her job.

So leave it on overnight and I asssume I can just wash it off with water in the morning, or do I need to shampoo it, and then re-apply straight away again after washing it off?
