Guys, considering that you had a ht with densley packed graphs, how close are we talking about when it comes to noticing and feeling like you have the hair you used to have.

Is a ht pretty close or dead on when compared to the hair we all once had?

Your question is very subjective as it all depends on what is possible for each patient. As I always say, hair transplantation follows the same rules of capitalism, "supply & demand". In other words, if you have the supply then you can have something that may look like you have all your hair but it won't truly be the case save for rarest of circumstances. One example would be that of a patient with minor recession and is a candidate for ultra-dense packing of at least 70 grafts per cm2 or more. Then, the patient may feel like they have their original hair back once it grows in and everything settles down.

As for a patient like me though I simply have the illusion of having "most" of my hair back when in fact I do not.

Like I said, supply & demand but how that supply is placed in the area of demand also influences the illusion of your final appearance.

man what a tremendous comparison photo. I have been going through the hair blogs on H&Ws' site and some of the transformations are nothing short of amazing. It made me want to make a post about transformed lives. Surely yours (jotronic) must have been radically altered. It is so great that ht have come so far and enabled this kind of transformation. Astonishing. Period.
