Fallenstar,

hi Bill/Pat..i want to firstly advise that my weblog has been updated with some more pics as promised.
secondly, i think Farjo MC was great descision for me, am really pleased with their work and feel that there is some nasty elements of unfair comment/views from certain members of this great forum. i am in favor to airing ones view but some threads are going a little to far and tiresome on negative feedback toward UK surgeons but i am total disagreement on comments towards Farjo dr's. they are great advocates for this field and i think their work is at the level of the coalition. from what i have seen they are so busy that i wonder whether if they have time to respond :-)

Fallenstar,

Thank you for keeping your weblog up to date.

I agree that you have had a first rate experience with Dr. Farjo and I know many people will be following your progress intently to see how it all turns out.

Though I agree that some members may take things too far, I can certainly understand why many members are reluctant to believe that there are some good clinics like Farjo in the UK. The truth is, the majority of the work performed in the UK is sub-par at best and many have been hacked and butchered by varying clinics. The Farjo clinic has come a long way and we believe they produce quality work today! I believe with time and patient posted experiences and results such as yours will be, that things will change over time.

fs your results look very promising and i truly hope they turn out well for you and if farjo has moved to the next level i hope he contacts unhappy patients and offers help.
people aren`t being negative to farjo soley but the uk in general,
if dr farjo came on here and addressed some of the comments made by myself and others ,what has he or indeed mrs farjo got to loose
thanks i`m off to bed quite tiddly

Looks great. Dr. Farjo did an excellent job and you will be very pleased. As to what to tell people who might ask what happened to your scalp if you do not want anyone to know. I usually tell my patients to tell them you have seborrhea or psoriasis, a benign scalp condition that leads to flakiness and scaling. YOur dermatologist is treating it. Yes, its not the same and doesn't look exactly like that. However, I believe if you quickly give a plausible answer, they are more likely to accept it and forget about it and move in.

thx Dr.M, i am back to work on next week after 3 weeks and i think i will be ok, as most of the new grafts will have shed by then. i will look like normal pre-HT appearance..., the scar is healing slowly and my existing hair is just about doing the job of concealing it ;-)
Now the long and painful wait that i was dreading..but also a little excited to see new hair one by one :-)
Thx for your comments and advice...talk soon!
