You have only just started taking Propecia so stopping it at this point will most likely cause no additional hair loss. Keep in mind however, that stopping Propecia will result in a loss of benefit of what the medication might have accomplished. Those who are on Propecia and have massive benefit, stopping the medication can cause massive fall-out of the hair that was being helped by finasteride. Is there any reason why you want to stop taking the medication just at only 3 weeks? Unless you are experiencing side effects, I recommend continuing on. Bill

hey thanks for replying.
they is no any reasons, I just feel scared when i read other peoples stories for long term affects it can have. I am still taking it now only .5mg stead of 1mg. no side effects so far!
