49 yo patient w/ AGA NW 6, desired a natural hair restoration. He elected to have a ultra refined follicular unit transplant with Dr. Arocha. His hair characteristics were favorable, caliber medium, good donor density and average elasticity.

Dr. Arocha,
The results you have posted look good. I don't want to beat a dead horse, but I encourage you to post before/after pictuers in similar angles and lighting so our forum members can see a true representation of the work performed. I know you have been working with Pat and your intent is to show off your excellent results however, as most people here well know, pictures can often convey a misrepesentation of reality. Therefore it is extremely important for before/after pictures to be as close as possible in original lighting and angle. I always encourage various angles as well such as a before/after hairline shot, a before/after top down shot, and multiple angled pictures of immediately postoperative pictures and the donor scar.
