This patient is just over a year post-op. We transplanted 2084 grafts in the front area. There were 540 one hair grafts, 1442 2 hair and 102 3+ hair grafts.

Any more top down pics doc? Im not sure if its the lighting but from the pics the recipient area appears a bit thin. Overall I'd say this is a good result though.

I thought it looked a bit thin, too, at initial glance; but I'm not sure if it would actually look much better in this given case if it was thicker in the very front CMs of the hairline, and I think the density was weighted moresoe towards the back of the recipient area, which extends further back than I first thought.

All of that said, I think it's a very nice result and totally soft n' natural.

Upon further inspection I take back my last comment. The area was almost completly bald and w/ the area that was covered the results are more than satisfactory. Sorry Doc!!

Dr. Alexander,

It's great to see you posting results again on our forum.

I've always been impressed with your design of soft and natural looking hairlines. This is a nice result in my opinion.

Good work!

Bill

I'm surprised nobody's mentioned that scar. It looks great!
