I've heard that Toppik and Dermmatch are excellent concealers.
Are there any that you can buy at a local store like Walmart or Target or what have you?
Thanx for replies!

I've used Toppik and it works pretty well. I've never seen it in stores, just the website www.toppik.com.

Turns out you can use eyebrow pencils in a real pinch.
My "real pinch" was a very thin spot on the side of my head where a haircut didn't do me so well. So the scar showed.
It sounds funny, I know, but that pencil really did a great job of concealing the scar. I was amazed at the difference.
Hope none of you have to resort to this type of thing. If you have to, then you'll know what worked well for me in a pinch.
