This patient had two surgeries of 2200 grafts each session. We ended up doing 750 ones total, 2350 twos total, 1450 threes total. I covered frontal and crown area both. The first set of pictures are one year post op after the first surgery(2300 grafts), the second set is from the one year post op after the second surgery(2250).

Hi Bill,
Unfortunetly we started taking immediate postop pictures after pat suggested it a few months ago. Until then we were taking pictures of preop and six month or one year post op. However, we are currently taking immediate photos from every patient that we opperate, so we will post them for the future postings.

Great transformation, Dr Meshkin, he must be very pleased with the results. What did his crown look like, were there any grafts placed there, or was the second surgery only to add density?

Hi Badger,
Yes we did cover the crown area as well. We did 2/3 of the total grafts in the front and 1/3 in the back. The patient was referred to us by his dermatlogist who after seeing the result ended up having his own hair transplant done at our clinic.
